Is it possible that if I need a pass 2, the opening of a business or an offshore bank account or both in this country. and foreign trade (outside the U.S.) in stock. and thus it is said, if I as we are not citizens in a low or no tax tax havens trading in a position to pay at least essentially, zero tax on profits from sale? thank you for your time!
