I have a small application, MS Access 2003 database. I want to be able to them from any computer (no need to MS Access) to use on him. Can anyone guide me how my application to access free upload MS 2003 server application.

There is no such thing. If you transfer your database on a server, you need to write a web-enabled applications for use in a language like PHP or ASP.NET.
